The Sedona Midnight tree is not the only part of her backyard that serves as a reminder of Garrison’s life. Christine also showed the planter boxes, which were built in the backyard as part of its modern design. Christine was inspired by a moment that her youngest daughter Truely had with her brother Garrison. Christine shared how she was telling David about the planter boxes that Garrison had once built for Truely. David immediately thought of putting those in their backyard. Christine gushed that it was an amazing idea.

“ So he built them, ” Christine said about her husband David joining her in honoring Garrison’s memory.

Christine had previously shared a video of Garrison building a wooden flower bed for her daughter out of the kindness of his heart. Christine had called Garrison a wonderful, caring brother to Truely who understood his sister’s need for a hobby and had built a flowerbed for her. The timelapsed video revealed the start-to-end process of Garrison showing his skills. Christine was asked to tell Truely to continue growing things and keep gardening so it would become a hobby and Garrison would always be with her spiritually.

It’s not the first time that Christine has shared her love for Garrison by posting about the little things that remind her of him and help her cherish his memories. On St. Patrick’s Day 2024, Christine made Garrison’s favorite breakfast, which was tinted green. She told her followers that she was always going to remember and honor Garrison no matter what life threw at her daily, despite her finding it difficult to balance embracing life and daily routines such as celebrating holidays while grieving.

Sister Wives seasons 1-18 can be streamed on Discovery Plus.
